At Momoda Pets, your pet’s happiness — and your satisfaction — are our top priorities. While we’re unable to accept returns on food products for safety reasons, we stand by the quality of everything we make.

If your pet doesn’t love our treats or you’re not fully satisfied, we’re happy to offer store credit so you can try something else. Just reach out to our support team and we’ll make it right.

We also recommend checking your package upon delivery to ensure everything is correct and in perfect condition. If there’s an issue with your order, let us know right away — we’re here to help!

Damages and issues

In the event that you receive a defective product (excluding any damage to the packaging), please capture a photo or video of it and get in touch with us within 48 hours of receiving your package. 

My dog is not a huge fan of the treat, what can I do? 

We feed our dogs what we sell and they love the treats! However, if your dog does not like the treats, please let us know, so we can continue working on improvements.
