How do I edit my subscription? 

You can easily access your subscriptions and modify them by clicking on the magic link that is sent with every order email. If you accidentally lost the magic link, send us a message and we will send you the link right away! 

Can I pause my subscription? 

If, for any reason, you need to pause your pet's recurring happiness, please use the customer portal and below the payment method you will see an orange button (Pause my subscription). If you need help, feel free to reach out!

Can I cancel my subscription? 

We are sad to see you leave... if there is anything we can do to improve, please let us know! 

That being said, you can cancel at anytime by going to the customer portal and below the payment method you will see a red button (Cancel my subscription). If you need help, feel free to reach out!
